Marcin Cieślak
Head Coach
A Cracovia Kraków pupil, he was a player in the Polish youth national team, with whom he won promotion to group A U20. As a senior, he won two Polish Champion titles and two bronze medals with Cracovia. He currently coaches youth at MKS Cracovia and has been cooperating with Ziętara's Hockey School since 2011, running camps and selections and participating in tournaments around the world, including three times in the prestigious Pee Wee in Canada.

Piotr Ziętara
Head Coach
Former player of Podhale Nowy Targ, with whom he won the last Polish Championship title for the club in 2010. Represented Poland at the U18 World Championships and twice in the U20 category. In the Polish top division he played for Podhale Nowy Targ and Cracovia Kraków. At the age of less than 22, as the most effective player of Podhale during the season, he ended his playing career to devote himself entirely to the development of the Ziętara Hockey School.
Founder of the Hokejowe Orły (Hockey Eagles) Foundation and head coach of the Ziętara Eagles teams, with which he participated in prestigious international tournaments in Canada, Sweden, Austria and the Czech Republic. He specialises in powerskating, learning the craft from specialists such as Freddie Nygren, Paul Vincent and Dagg Wenstrom.
Founder of the naferie.pl brand and co-owner of campowo.pl, actively developing projects that combine his passion for sport with a professional approach to organising camps and trips.
Krzysztof Zborowski
Head Goalkeeping Coach
Former Polish U18, U20 and senior representative, participant of the Elite World Championships in 2002 and tournaments in 2003, 2009 and 2010. Polish Champion with Podhale Nowy Targ, four-time winner of the bronze medal and two-time winner of the Golden Stick (2009 and 2010) for the best player in the league. Associated with the Ziętara Hockey School since 2013 as a member of the Ziętara Eagles training staff and camp manager, supervising their course and remaining in constant contact with the parents of the participants.
David Minarik
Head Coach
David Minárik is an experienced coach and mentor whose sports and coaching career has developed in many countries. He began his hockey career with the Slovak club Dukla Trenčín, where he played until the age of 17, after which he moved to Sweden. For the Slovak national team, he appeared at the U20 World Championships in Malmö. After his playing career ended due to injury, David devoted himself to full-time coaching. For five years he worked as a skills coach at the Jokers Hockey Academy in Slovakia. In 2018, he joined the Vienna Capitals (EBEL) as a technique coach. He then developed both young players and seniors at the Hungarian club Dunaújváros for two seasons. Currently, David is a coach at Karpáti Farkasok, where he trains players of all age groups. At the same time, he serves as technique coach for the senior team of Gyergyói HK, which plays in the international league - Erste Liga. David has participated in the organization of more than 50 camps around the world, working with players of different levels and age groups. His international experience, passion for hockey and commitment to player development make him a highly respected coach in the hockey community.
Marcel Kotuła
Goalkeeping coach
Raised by Zagłębie Sosnowiec and a former extraliga goalkeeper who represented Zagłębie Sosnowiec, SMS Katowice and the Polish U18 and U20 national teams. He is a young, ambitious coach with a great passion for hockey, who perfectly complements and cooperates with Patrik Spesný, creating a harmonious training duo. He is currently focusing on the development of young goalkeepers as a coach at UKS Zagłębie Sosnowiec, sharing his experience and knowledge to support the next generation of talented goalkeepers
Ziętara Open Camp is a unique proposition for all hockey enthusiasts over 18 years of age who want to develop their skills in an atmosphere of professional training and sports passion.
The camp will take place from July 13 to 18 and the head coach will be Marcin Cieślak – a coach well-known in the amateur community, who creates a unique atmosphere with his energy and positive attitude.
The camp program includes ice training, dry training – stick technique, off-ice classes, as well as workshops on tactics and analysis of match situations. The camp is an opportunity to develop both technique and understanding of the game. It does not matter what level of your skills are - what counts is the desire to learn and passion. Coaches will adapt the classes to each level of advancement, ensuring maximum development.
The camp will also offers integration, lengthy hockey discussions and a shared experience of sporting emotions - in and out of the locker room. It is a time when the passion for hockey unites all participants and builds special memories.

Confirmation and participation agreement
After the payment is credited, you will receive two emails:

30 days before the camp starts
You will receive:
- A detailed program of the camp.
- Supporting information on participant preparation.
- A qualification card, which must be completed, legibly scanned and returned within 3 days from its receipt.

Farewell barbecue – a short, joint meeting before departure, summarizing the camp and celebrating new acquaintances in a friendly atmosphere.

Can I sharpen skates or buy equipment on site?
Skates can be sharpened on site. There is no hockey shop, however – we recommend the shop SportRebel in Ruda Slaska.
Can I participate in just a few days of camp?
Does the equipment stay in the locker room for the entire period?
What is the accommodation like if I come to the camp alone?
The standard package includes accommodation in double rooms. Participants traveling alone will be assigned to a room with another person who also comes alone.
