    2. The Service Recipient's personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, abbreviated as GDPR.
    3. The Controller shall take particular care to protect the interests of data subjects and, in particular, shall ensure that the data collected by the controller is:

  3. BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

    1. The Controller undertakes to protect and secure the data obtained from the website and declares that personal data will not be sold or made available to other third parties.

They also have the right to object to further processing and, if they have consented to the processing of their data, to withdraw their consent.     3. Personal data may be stored by the Controller for the entire period of its activity or until the user requests the deletion of their data.
